I don't have a credit card, how can I order?
Simply send a cheque made payable to: WMC Records, c/o
144 Greenwich High Road, London SE10 8NN.
Please remember to indicate which CDs you are ordering and a delivery
address!
How much does postage and packing cost?
There is a £1.00 charge for postage and packing within the UK. For deliveries to mainland Europe, please add £1.50 to the cost of the CDs. For deliveries anywhere else in the world, please add £2.00. You will receive your CDs within 10 (UK and Europe) or 15 (Rest of World) working days.
How soon will I get my CDs?
You will receive your CDs within 10 (UK and Europe) or 15 (Rest of World) working days.
What if there is a problem with the CDs?
Please send them back to us with a note indicating the problem and what you would like us to do. We will then either send you new replacement CDs or refund your money to you. We will of course also reimburse you for any postage costs. There's only been one customer complaint since the company was set up, mind you, so we are confident you will not have any problems.
What if I don't receive the CDs?
Please e-mail us and we will rectify the situation immediately!
What will you do with my e-mail address?
Very little! We will not pass it on to any third party.
If for some reason there is a problem with your order (for example, wrong
credit card number) we may contact you using your e-mail address. The
only other time we may use your address would be to inform you about new
CDs which we think you might be interested in, for example CDs for pregnant
mothers or young children.
